Team Trouble competes in the American Basketball Association. Our inaugural record is 18-4. We’re ranked as high as 3rd in the nation in ABA power rankings in 2017-2018.

Team Trouble Reaches Beyond the Basketball Court

Team Trouble’s mission is to provide not only entertainment, but a safe space for kids in Stockton

Team Trouble would like to thank Lina Washington, the sports anchor/reporter at ABC 10 News KXTV-TV, for featuring us in her news segment titled “Stockton’s professional basketball team giving back to local kids.”

The American Basketball Association is a league where athletes can play at a high level while staying local. One of the league’s newest members is named Team Trouble but they’re bringing a lot of positivity to the community.

“These men that are on this team, a lot of them grew up in this community,” team owner James Paul said. “A lot of these kids really have the opportunity to see that path and how that path is something that they could also follow.”

Antoine Moore, Vice President of basketball operations at Team Trouble, was interviewed by Olivia DeGennaro at FOX40 News. Moore discusses how the team got its notorious name, and how he plans to work with the team’s owner to help inspire the city of Stockton, CA through the game of basketball.

Stockton, CA Has Its Very Own Professional Basketball Team

Team Trouble would like to thank Olivia DeGennaro, the morning news reporter from FOX40 News, for featuring us in her news segment titled ‘Team Trouble’ Makes Good on Stockton Court.

Olivia couldn’t have said it any better, playing basketball is our passion, especially in front of our hometown crowd.

Team Trouble is now ranked seventh in the nation, out of about 120 other American Basketball Association teams. “I think right now we’re probably the hottest team on the West Coast right now in the ABA,” head coach Hernandez said.
